The base contract is missing. Upload it from the profile and see which other files still need to be added.
What is worker and project document control?
Document control organizes the files, requirements and expiration dates a company needs to review for each worker and project. cebric brings that information into a web platform for contractors and field teams in Chile. Teams can check available documents, identify missing records and retain version history according to their plan. The person preparing a folder and the person reviewing it can work with the same records, instead of piecing them together from emails and spreadsheets.
An example in the product
The screenshot shows one available document and a base contract awaiting upload in Jorge’s profile. The next step is to upload that contract and review the remaining project requirements. These are example product records.
Scope and requirements
Document status helps prepare a review. Accreditation approval and site access authorization depend on the client and its requirements.
